All rates are quoted in IDR Rupiah and valid from 1 July 2025 until 31 May 2026.

Season's Period:

Low Season
11 January – 30 May, 1 November – 19 December. Excluding Chinese New Year and Easter week.

High Season
1 – 30 June, 1 July – 31 August, 1 September – 31 October. 15 – 21 February 2026 (Chinese New Year week), 3 – 10 April 2026 (Easter week).

Peak Season
December 20 - January 10

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

• Late check-out until 2:00 PM is free-of-charge subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 5:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 5:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

• Low Season: 2 nights
• High Season: 3 nights
• Peak Season: 5 nights

Villa rental rates are inclusive of:

• 15% Government tax and service charge.

• Introductory Offer: Get 10% up to 25% off for stays during low season only and exclude breakfast.
• Early Bird: 15% off for stays during low season, 10% off for stays during high season, and 5% during Peak season for bookings made more than 150 days prior to check-in date.
• Last Minute: 10% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date, valid for all seasons.
• Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 14 nights or more, valid for all seasons.
